ROLE OVERVIEW The Business Development & Operations Specialist is a highly cross-functional role responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of Aero’s partner ecosystem and enabling demand generation initiatives. Serving as a primary point of contact for external partners and internal teams, this role ensures seamless execution across partner support, operational workflows, contracts, commissions, reporting, and onboarding. The role partners closely with Concierge and cross-functional teams to support high-touch booking experiences and represent partner and client-facing needs as systems and processes evolve. This position plays a critical role in scaling Aero’s partnerships and demand generation channels while maintaining a high-quality partner and guest experience. RESPONSIBILITES
  • Partnerships Support
  • Serve as the primary support contact for travel advisors, agencies, and partners, addressing day-to-day operational questions and requests
  • Support high-touch booking coordination and post-booking partner engagement
  • Collaborate with concierge and internal teams to coordinate partnership-related fulfillment activities
  • Support non-standard booking scenarios by coordinating with internal stakeholders as needed
  • Onboard new partners by providing booking guidance, program information, and required onboarding materials
  • Proactively engage partners to support onboarding, booking enablement, and understanding of commission processes
  • Develop and maintain partner enablement resources to support booking and engagement
  • Serve as a point of contact for partner content-related questions, coordinating with Experience or Marketing teams as needed
  • Support partner onboarding and enablement initiatives, including participation in webinars and live training session

  • Contracts & Legal Operations
  • Create, manage, and maintain partner contracts and commercial agreements
  • Support contract inquiries, updates, and renewals in coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Prepare and review contract markups to support internal review and approval
  • Monitor agreement status and coordinate follow-ups to support timely renewals

  • Reporting & Revenue Operations
  • Manage partner booking and promotional assets, ensuring accurate tracking and data integrity across systems
  • Maintain strong data quality standards by proactively identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and anomalies
  • Deliver partner and channel performance reporting, including bookings, promotions, and revenue insights
  • Prepare demand generation performance summaries for leadership and executive audiences
  • Develop booked-flight reporting and ad hoc analyses to support internal teams and partners
  • Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to resolve reporting issues and continuously improve data reliability

  • Finance & Commissions
  • Support partner commission and payment workflows in coordination with Finance
  • Prepare and distribute commission documentation and invoices for partners
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for partner commission- and payment-related inquiries

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Lead project integrations related to departmental requirements and partner-facing workflows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support partnership marketing and demand generation initiatives
  • Share regular partner updates with Marketing to support lifecycle and engagement efforts
  • Track partnership-related requests and coordinate routing to appropriate stakeholders
  • Coordinate closely with Partnerships, Marketing, Concierge, Finance, Legal, Analytics, and Experience teams
  • REQUIREMENTS
  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships operations, revenue operations, travel industry operations, or client/partner support
  • Experience working with partner- or channel-driven business models preferred
  • Strong operational mindset with high attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing contracts, reporting, and cross-functional workflows simultaneously
  • Experience working with contract management platforms, CRM systems, booking or ticketing tools (Sabre/GDS) platform integration, and reporting platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage a high volume of inbound requests
  • Salary
    $75,000 – $100,000 per year
