YOUR ROLE AS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

The Business Development Officer will play a key role in driving MySigrid's growth through strategic sales initiatives and integrated marketing efforts. This position combines client engagement, digital marketing execution, and social media management to expand our market presence and achieve revenue targets.

Sales & Client Consultation:

  • Conduct sales consultation calls with prospective clients to understand their business needs
  • Present MySigrid's services and solutions in a compelling and consultative manner
  • Qualify leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline
  • Prepare proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements
  • Follow up with potential clients to address questions and close sales
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals

Digital Marketing:

  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Create and optimize landing pages for lead generation
  • Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage clients

Social Media Brand Marketing:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and copy that aligns with brand voice
  • Schedule and publish posts consistently to maintain active presence
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages promptly
  • Engage with followers and build online community
  • Track social media metrics and generate reports on performance
  • Identify trending topics and opportunities for brand visibility

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, marketing campaigns, and social media metrics
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
  • Present insights and recommendations to management
  • Track ROI on marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools specifically HubSpot
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales or service-based industries
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Familiarity with content creation and copywriting
  • Certifications in digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot)
  • Experience with video content creation and editing
  • Understanding of marketing automation platforms
