Business Development Manager, Web Performance (Mumbai / Gurgaon)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Business Development candidate with 2-6 years of experience in digital marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of digital marketing services. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales or business development

What You'll Do 

  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and leveraging digital platforms 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and proposing tailored digital marketing solutions
  • Sales Pitch & Proposals: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals for services such as performance marketing, affiliate marketing
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging digital marketing technologies to position our services effectively
  • Revenue Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met and campaigns are executed successfully
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the company’s CRM system
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial terms for clients and the companynge.

Who You Are 

  • 2-6 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the digital marketing industry (Affiliate Marketing, Media Marketing, Performance Marketing)
  • Education: Bachelor’s /Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including affiliate marketing, Agency Handling, Media marketing, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics)
