Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities.
Conduct regular outside sales activities including client visits, presentations, networking events, and industry trade shows.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions that align with company offerings.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and onboarding.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Track and analyze sales metrics, forecast revenue, and provide regular reporting to leadership.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Represent the company professionally while promoting brand awareness and customer satisfaction.
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements to achieve profitable outcomes.
