We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our staffing team. This remote role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with direct clients across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in staffing sales, client acquisition, and delivering workforce solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with direct clients across multiple industries.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
Track market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in staffing solutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive business development strategies.
Provide regular reports and forecasts to leadership on business development activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (preferred).
3–7 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions sales.
Strong understanding of staffing models (contract, permanent, temp-to-hire).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
