The Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a key role in driving the company’s growth and expanding its market presence within an assigned region. This position is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities, executing strategic initiatives, and building strong, long – term partner/client relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results – driven professional with a proven ability to build a sustainable pipeline of high -values partners/clients, deliver consistent revenue growth, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets and contribute to the company’s strategic growth objectives.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key partner/client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Implement the business development strategy by creating and executing tactical plans designed to achieve organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain a robust development pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of new opportunities aligned with revenue targets.
  • Identify and leverage cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing partner/client base to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and partner/client needs to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including BD Operations, Marketing, and Compliance, to align efforts and ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete all required training programs and continuously enhance industry knowledge and skills.
  • Provide regular, detailed updates to management on progress, pipeline status, partner/client feedback, and market insights to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in a similar role within the FX/CFD industry
  • Proven ability to generate revenue and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and partner/client feedback to drive business decisions
  • Solid experience with MT4/MT5 platform and CRM software
  • Knowledge of Fundamental & Technical analysis
  • Fluency in the local language of the target market (Arabic and/or French) and strong proficiency in written and spoken English, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and etiquette during partner/client interactions
  • Demonstrated success in executing and managing business development strategies
  • Results-driven, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding target
