Business Development Manager (Spain)

TLDR

Proactively acquire new B2B clients, delivering individual sales targets and proposing tailored solutions in an international environment.

Your responsibilities

  • Owning and delivering your individual sales targets.
  • Proactively acquiring new B2B clients across the Spanish market and building lasting business relationships.
  • Presenting Fluentbe's offer and leading negotiations with key decision-makers (HR Directors, HR/L&D Managers, HR Business Partners).
  • Diagnosing client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Tracking sales performance and adapting your approach in response to market trends.

Our Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience with background in HR, education, or employee benefits
  • Native Spanish speaker with fluent English, you'll be reporting directly to an English-speaking manager
  • A proven track record of closing contracts with large enterprises and measurable results to back it up
  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence in leading conversations with C-level executives
  • A talent for diagnosing client needs and translating them into meaningful solutions
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and modern sales methodologies
