Our staffing agency is recruiting on behalf of a leading client for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across various industries, including Tech, Marketing, Professional Services, and more. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of building strategic relationships, identifying new opportunities, and closing deals that support long‑term business objectives.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers across multiple industries (Tech, Marketing, etc.).

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.

Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long‑term partnerships.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Track and report on pipeline, performance metrics, and market trends to inform strategy.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings as needed.
Requirements

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related client‑facing role.

Industry exposure: Experience working with clients across various industries (Tech, Marketing, Professional Services, etc.).

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
