Whoscall Thailand is seeking a Product-Minded Business Development Manager who acts as the bridge between our technical capabilities and market opportunities. Unlike a traditional sales role, this position requires a deep understanding of the Whoscall product ecosystem to architect high-impact business solutions. You won’t just sell existing B2B packages; you will identify untapped use cases, translate client pain points into product requirements, and develop new commercial models that drive long-term value for Whoscall and our partners. Key Responsibilities
  • Take full accountability for revenue targets, proactively prospecting, negotiating, and closing high-value contracts with Thai business partners.
  • Own the full sales cycle for complex, product-heavy partnerships, focusing on high-value, long-term strategic accounts over high-volume transactional sales.
  • Analyze the Thai business ecosystem to identify where Whoscall’s product can solve structural business problems.
  • Lead the end-to-end journey of turning a "partnership idea" into a functional business line, ensuring technical feasibility and commercial viability.
  • Act as the "voice of the market" for the Product, translating complex client needs into clear, actionable product feedback and feature requests.
  • Actively participate in product prioritization sessions, advocating for features that unlock the highest commercial potential in the Thai market.
  • Design the commercial framework for new product features, ensuring they are positioned correctly for the Thai business landscape.
  • Identify and secure "anchor partners" whose integration with Whoscall creates a moat against competitors.
  • Structure sophisticated deals involving co-development, data exchange, or deep-link integrations that go beyond simple "gift code" distributions.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, sales, or partnerships, or related roles.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in Thailand.
  • Strong understanding of Thai business culture and partner ecosystem.
  • Comfortable working with Product/Tech teams in a supporting capacity.
  • Highly self-motivated, independent, and commercially driven.
  • Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience selling digital products, marketing solutions, or enterprise services is a plus.

  • Ability to see the "big picture" and identify how a product feature creates a business advantage.
  • A natural sense for what makes a product successful and how users interact with technology.
  • Skilled at crafting win-win commercial terms for non-standard, complex partnerships.
  • Strong ability to manage stakeholders across Legal, Product, and Sales to keep a deal moving forward.
  • Confident pitching to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Excellent relationship-building and account management skills.
  • Comfortable working with KPIs, quotas, and revenue targets.
  • Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle from the business perspective.
