We are seeking a Business Development Manager in Vancouver or Toronto to support and partner with an assigned District Vice President (External Wholesaler). The successful candidate will work on a hybrid work schedule out of our Vancouver or Toronto office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone driven to produce results both individually and as part of a team. What’s in it for you?
We are sharing that compensation for this role will include an estimated salary between $60,000 - $68,000 per year, along with a commission and bonus package. In determining final salary, Pender considers many factors including the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, job responsibilities, market conditions, position location and internal equity. Our aim is to ensure fair compensation practices that align with industry standards while acknowledging the unique value and expertise each individual brings to the role. The final base salary for the offer will be presented as part of a competitive compensation package.
