Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic business development efforts across financial services with a focus on payment modernization.
- Expand and deepen relationships with key accounts to maximize growth potential and lifetime value.
- Collaborate with technical pre-sales and product leadership to shape compelling solution narratives and client-facing demonstrations.
- Represent IntellectEU at industry events and executive-level forums.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, deeply understanding their business objectives and aligning them with IntellectEU’s emerging tech capabilities.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams, including product, delivery, and partner organizations to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.
- Manage strategic alliances and partnerships to enhance solution offerings and market reach.
- Partner with marketing leadership to steer targeted demand generation and thought leadership initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights to executive leadership on market dynamics, customer feedback, and innovation opportunities to guide product strategy and business planning.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluent).
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Development position or similar.
- Solid domain expertise in the financial industry (SWIFT, blockchain, insurance, and other technologies driving innovation in financial services).
- Proven track record of building and closing complex, high-value deals.
- Able to translate technical concepts into clear business value for senior stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on, with the drive to lead growth in a fast-moving, innovative environment.
- Comfortable working independently and leading cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Comfortable speaking at industry events or panels, with the ability to represent the company.
