Business Development Manager - Non IT US Staffing

TLDR

Drive client acquisition and market penetration in the US staffing domain while focusing on building a strong client portfolio and implementing ROI strategies.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who is well equipped and exposed to the US staffing domain.

Candidate must be strong in client acquisition and relations. Must possess the know-how and inclination to get new business and proliferate the business/client portfolio.

Required Skills

  • Generate new business / logos 
  • Create a promising sales funnel
  • Engage with all the clients existing and in pipeline
  • Identify the hiring needs of the client and and coordinate with the delivery team
  • Analyse the market trends and strategize the market penetration
  • Well aware of the US job market and different industries
  • Prepare proposals in conjunction with the operations team
  • Focus on client retention
  • Facilitate negotiations for contracts and salaries of consultants
  • Primarily adopt and implement ROI by defining goals and objectives

 

Pre-requisites:

  • Proven experience in business development
  • Minimum 5 years experience
  • Domain knowledge of non-IT staffing
  • Proven record of quantifiable client acquisitions
  • Excellent knowledge on US markets and sourcing platforms
  • Attention to detail

 

Qualification:

Any bachelors' degree
