Martin Management Group is looking to add a Virtual Business Development Manager to our growing company!

  • Ensure sales/profit forecasts are achieved by attaining agreed quarterly sales/profit forecasts for BDC department.
  • Ensure measurement of all incoming sales inquiries and product monthly and weekly reports for dealer principal.
  • Formulate sales targets for each Business Development Representative.
  • Manage and lead the BDR team to attain a minimum performance set by management.
  • Manage and lead the BDR team to contact every unsold opportunity to measure satisfaction and take appropriate action.
  • Manage and lead the team to contact every delivered customer to company policy/franchise requirement.
  • Manage and lead the team to contact all new car customers to company policy/franchise requirement.
  • Maintain a professional atmosphere within the BDC office.
  • Complete all training as directed by supervisor.
  • Follow policies and procedures as set forth in Employee Handbook.
  • Prepare and analyze CRM reports as directed by corporate office.
  • Create and find new opportunities for sales and service business.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
