  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Identify target audiences, create buyer personas, and use tools like CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) to track and nurture leads through inbound and outbound channels.
  • Product Positioning: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine messaging, create compelling product demos, and gather customer feedback to iterate on features.
  • Performance Analytics: Track key metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, conversion rates) using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and report on ROI to optimize strategies.
  • Team Building: As we grow, assist in hiring and mentoring junior marketing/sales staff.
  • Budget Management: Oversee a lean marketing budget, prioritizing high-impact, low-cost tactics suitable for an early-stage startup.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and stay ahead of industry trends in SaaS to inform strategies.

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
    • 3-5 years of experience in marketing and/or sales, preferably in SaaS or tech startups.
    • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in early-stage companies, with examples of successful campaigns or deals closed.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and sales methodologies (e.g., inbound marketing, ABM, challenger sale).
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft persuasive narratives.
    • Self-starter mindset: Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a resource-constrained environment.
