You will lead new account acquisition, build long-term executive relationships, and shape go-to-market strategies that deliver measurable revenue impact. Accountabilities:
Drive new business development through strategic prospecting, outreach, and consistent engagement with prospective and existing customers
Build and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Lead the evaluation and response to RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs, coordinating internal resources to deliver compelling proposals
Develop consultative sales engagements that expand solution adoption across enterprise architecture, security, automation, cloud, and data center offerings
Build strong executive relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
Manage forecasting, pipeline development, and deal progression to ensure predictable revenue outcomes
Collaborate cross-functionally to design, position, and close complex sales opportunities
Represent the brand externally, strengthening market presence and strategic partnerships
Requirements:
5–10 years of successful business development or enterprise sales experience, ideally within federal health, HHS, or Veterans Affairs sectors
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions including cloud, security, automation, and modern data center platforms
Demonstrated executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze complex scenarios and make data-driven decisions
Strong organizational skills, time management, and pipeline forecasting abilities
Willingness to travel up to 20% and engage directly with clients and partners
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient with a consultative, customer-first approach
