Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp operator to support the revenue head and drive discipline across the full commercial engine. This role sits between data and execution. It needs someone who can understand the numbers, translate them into action, and work with the field team to ensure things actually move. The person will act as the control tower for leads, performance, and execution quality across centres.

Location - Charni Road, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a clear daily view of the revenue funnel, from lead to OPD to surgery.
  • Track field team performance and ensure follow-ups, visits, and outcomes are executed on time.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure the field team is aligned on updates and expectations.
  • Analyse funnel metrics to identify gaps and guide the team on priorities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards with insights and next steps.
  • Work closely with marketing, inside sales, and PRO teams to keep the pipeline active.
  • Support revenue head in designing initiatives, reviewing centre-wise numbers, and improving conversion rates. Hold the team accountable to process discipline and operational standards.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
