Business Development Manager (Global, Gaming / IT)

TLDR

Drive significant business expansion through proactive relationship-building and strategic partnerships in the gaming and IT sectors.

Responsibilities 

· Identify and develop new business opportunities for QA services in gaming and IT markets 

· Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (producers, QA leads, CTOs, studio heads) 

· Manage the full sales cycle: outreach → qualification → negotiation → closing 

· Represent the company at industry events (online and offline) 

· Develop strategic partnerships and long-term client relationships 

· Collaborate with internal QA teams to align services with market needs 

· Contribute to market positioning and commercial strategy 

Requirements 

· 1+ year of experience in Business Development / Sales in gaming, IT, or tech services 

• Strong understanding of the gaming industry and software development lifecycle 

· Existing industry network is a strong advantage 

· Ability to work independently in a remote setup 

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills 

· Fluent English (additional languages are a plus) 

·  Able to operate within EU time zones
