Business Development Manager

We are looking for a USA Senior Account Executive to join our team of passionate Figgies. This is a unique opportunity to start here at HQ in Auckland, getting support in understanding the product, the team and the culture. By the end of Q1/24, you’ll be supported in moving to Denver to be part of our US-based team.

Your part to play;

  • Collaborate with our key partner, Intuit Quickbooks, to help incentivise their 300,000 agri customers onto Figured.
  • Apply the Challenger Sales methodology, used by our global sales teams, to drive results. 
  • Become the voice of the US market to align growth ambitions and product vision.
  • Managing strategic deals and maintaining sales momentum.
  • Work closely with marketing for campaigns and new business acquisitions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and manage the entire sales cycle process.

What are we looking for;

We prefer a legend with limited experience than someone with lots of experience who’s a bit average - if you don’t think you have it all but can still add value, we’d love to see your application:

  • Experience with the Challenger sales methodology - if you know, you know
  • Entrepreneurial hustlers mindset: we have qualified high growth potential, but we are still a start-up in the USA.
  • Seasoned B2B tech sales experience in enterprise and mid-market solution sales.
  • Expertise in qualifying sales opportunities and generating a strong pipeline.
  • Understanding of a long-term sales cycle, with an ability to demonstrate, coach, and mentor a client into a sale.
  • You must be able to move to the USA to live permanently!
