💡 The team:

We are a Sales community committed to satisfying customer needs throughout the European region – a scope encompassing 30+ countries. Our goal is to foster fluid business-to-business processes by assisting our various partners, consultants, and end customers in managing and expanding their Genetec portfolio. As the Business Development Manager for Enterprise Account in the Netherlands, you will work closely with the regional Sales and Marketing teams to cultivate local relationships and enhance Genetec's presence within the region.

🔎 What your day will look like:

  • Coordinate with sales, channel partners, and 3rd party partners to drive business development activities.
  • Accelerate market share growth and promote adoption of transformative solutions.
  • Ensure region achieves revenue targets and strategic objectives with key end-user accounts.
  • Achieve sales targets, acquire new clients, and execute a "land and expand" strategy.
  • Collaborate with local sales and marketing teams to develop Genetec presence and influence within the region
  • Contribute to a positive team culture through respect, support, and inclusion amongst your colleagues

  • Ability to collaborate and foster communication internally and externally
  • Flexible and adaptable mindset in problem-solving situations
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences
  • Professional working level of English and local language
  • Desire to be a part of and support a diverse, inclusive, respectful work environment
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

💥 Technical expertise:

  • Previous experience in a sales-oriented role, ideally on software solutions
  • Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic sales opportunities
  • Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
  • Effective relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
  • Microsoft Office knowledge

  • Experience with Genetec products
  • Experience within the Physical Security industry
  • Knowledge of additional European languages
