  • What You’ll Bring
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities, focusing on new logo acquisition.
  • Conduct cold outreach, networking, and lead qualification.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients to create interest in our solutions.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to transition qualified leads for deal closure.
  • Achieve targets for new leads, meetings booked, and pipeline growth.
  • What we are looking for
  • 5+ years’ experience in Business Development or Sales roles within Consulting, Professional Services, or IT Services, with a strong focus on new business acquisition.
  • Proven track record of winning new business in complex B2B environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure, price, and negotiate consulting engagements.
  • Excellent communication skills for crafting proposals and delivering executive-level presentations.
  • Skilled in negotiation, contract structuring, and closing multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Proficient in CRM tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting.
