Job Description:

  • Manage and track the performance of team members, evaluating service quality, and taking corrective actions when necessary,
  • Engaging in new discussions to conduct business development, expanding the customer portfolio and existing team in the field of outsourced talent solutions.
  • Maintaining communication with current customers and ensuring customer satisfaction,
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and drive continuous growth,
  • Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce and HubSpot,
  • Making plans and preparing reports to reach set/forthcoming KPIs,
  • Creating budgets for projects that is in external sourcing business line and monitoring costs,
  • Identifying potential risks related to outsourcing processes, evaluating and managing these risks,
  • Staying in communication with other departments within the company and ensuring the business strategy aligns with the company's overall goals.

Requirements

  • Graduated from relevant bachelor's programs,
  • At least 5 years of experience in areas such as customer management, sales management in the technology sector,
  • Proven experience in managing outsourced teams, preferably in the technology consulting industry,
  • Strong understanding of various technical sectors and the ability to manage teams in diverse domains,
  • Ability to manage a team and adaptable to teamwork,
  • Has analytical thinking skills and high persuasion ability,
  • Possessing a foundational knowledge of Data Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering or Platform Engineering,
  • Exceptional customer management skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building,
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities, both written and verbal,
  • Proficiency in performance tracking, data analysis, and project management tools,
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism,
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
  • Proficient in English
