Expand CI&T's brand presence in Singapore by developing new business opportunities and nurturing customer relationships within a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
The position location is Singapore, you will work with our client and our other team members will be in China, daily cooperation will be remotely.
As a Business Development and Account Manager for CI&T, you will be responsible for increasing CI&T footprint in Singapore, by expanding our brand into the market. You will engage with potential new customers, partners and providers, and you will keep and nurture existing relationships with them.
You will join events and represent CI&T, being able to quickly demonstrate to our audience our value proposition, increasing our chances or creating new business relationships.
Preferably, you will have experience/background on the software industry area, especially on the web development. You will have experience developing new business in Singapore, with an excellent business communication skills, along with a good English level too.
You will have easiness to understand technology and how this affects people's life and especially enterprise and large organizations in Singapore.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will collaborate with Marketing and Operation departments, to ensure successful relationships are being built.

Ability to understand rapidly evolving technology and its application to customer's business problems or projects
Experience working on large and/or global organizations
Flexibility to travel
Demonstrate track record of high level of customer service and strong problem solving capabilities
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with management and communicate effectively with all levels of clients (management, senior management, executive and directors)
Self starter with demonstrated accountability for results - goal driven person
Proven record of working on a sales or business development department, with clear results
Team worker: need to be able to cooperate with peers and remote teams
Fast learner: need to quickly absorb new concepts and incorporate that into your daily activities
Proven record of creating and managing new customers
English level - Speaking fluently; Better if can also speak Chinese
Ability to work based on timelines and manage KPIs
Self manager, should be able to provide clear visibility on its daily work to the leadership
Responsibilities in Details:
Generate new business (customers) opportunity in Singapore and Southeast Asia for CI&T ;
Research and investigate new opportunities and sales leads in an effort to expand existing accounts, then contacting assigned key accounts and prospective customers to establish relationships, and ultimately, closing sales.
Manage existing customers relationships, working with partnership with Project and Operation Managers to understand their future needs and expand CI&T footprint on those customers
Preparing forecasts on potential leads
Lead and work with external partners and internal teams scope and manage the solution sales cycle (intake/pre-sales)
Attend Software Development and related industry events, promoting CI&T and networking with potential leads.
Conduct executive level sales presentations.
Prepare quotes, pricing and contract terms.
Manage overall customer relationships and take ownership of all new opportunities.
