The Business Development Manager - Broker Sales has an overall responsibility to pursue new business opportunities with insurance brokers in the UAE. He/She should maintain focus on the company's goals and objectives, and be in charge of exploring, assessing and, achieving new business potential.

Champion & Mentor: Directly coach and develop a team of brokers to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Innovate Strategy: Implement sales strategy, including lead generation.

Drive Performance: Work closely with insurance brokers to develop new business and increase product penetration, and monitor performance against KPIs, ensuring our team stays ahead of the curve.

Target Achievement: Directly coach and develop a team of brokers to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Work closely with insurance brokers and provide them with guidance and advice on developing business and implementing insurance programs and policies.

Provide insurance brokers with guidance and advice on developing, tailoring, and implementing insurance programs and policies.

Maintain frequent interaction/governance forums with different broker organizations to drive portfolio growth.

Perform and own all aspects of the sales process, and provide updates to the management.

Other projects as may be assigned by the management.
This role requires the ability to work independently and within a team, with attention to detail and, the ability to build and nurture strong relationships.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in Trade Credit Insurance Sales or Account Management
- Tech-savvy, with a liking for relationships and technology
