Business Development Manager - Biologicos

Here is how this role will be critical to our business:

Responsabilities

• Responsible for product marketing. Includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, defining the product vision, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders, to deliver winning products.
• Includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Define the product strategy and roadmap.  
• Develop positioning, value proposition and communication strategy for the product.
• Perform product demos for customers. Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.  
• Propose an overall budget to ensure success.
• Lead and coordinate periodic meetings with different areas both locally and internationally and the corresponding presentation of information (KPI).

It is indispensable for this position:

• Degree in Agronomy, Marketing, Business Administration, or related areas
• Strong experience managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle
• Experience in a complex, international, multi-business environment
• Advanced English (mandatory)
• Proactivity, autonomy and excellent interpersonal relationships
• Availability to travel
