The background:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts in the Benelux region. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth within the engineering and technical sectors.
The role:
· Develop and execute effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth in the Benelux region.
· Identify potential clients and proactively reach out to secure new business opportunities.
· Foster and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
· Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
· Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client needs and project deliverables.
Requirements
Requirements:
· Proven track record in business development or sales within the engineering, technical, or recruitment fields.
· Strong understanding of the Benelux market and its business landscape.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch or French is a strong advantage.
