About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our new B2B sales channel across Europe. In this role, you will own the full 360° sales process – from prospecting and relationship-building, through negotiations, to closing high-value deals. You will focus on acquiring and developing international clients – primarily interior designers and architects – as well as SME and premium businesses, with a particular emphasis on Germany and other European markets.

Once you join our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the entire B2B sales cycle independently – including prospecting, relationship building, negotiating, and deal closing

  • Reaching key decision-makers (interior designers, architects, business owners, procurement & office management teams)

  • Expanding and developing our international client portfolio, with a strong focus on Germany, Poland, and Europe

  • Building and maintaining long-term partnerships

  • Collaborating closely with the Tylko team to co-create and implement the B2B growth strategy

  • Executing prospecting and nurturing activities using CRM and online tools

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in independently managing the full B2B sales process

  • Proven ability to work proactively and autonomously as the sole salesperson building a new channel from scratch

  • Strong experience with international clients

  • Excellent command of English, German and Polish (min. C1 Level)

  • Track record of successfully selling premium, high-value products or services 

  • Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools (e.g., Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

  • Ability to build relationships and manage long sales cycles

  • Strategic mindset with experience in planning and executing growth initiatives

  • Passion for design, architecture, or interior furnishing is a plus

  • Openness to travel abroad for client meetings

  • Working from our Warsaw office 3 days a week
