What will you be doing?

As a Business Development Manager for EPG customer in Malaysia market your role is

to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building key customer relationships, and promoting our suite of IT solution and manage the full sales cycle. If you already have proven enterprise sales and business development experience, then we want to hear from you!

Your responsibility will include

  • Researching and understanding the competition and opportunities in the market.
  • Preparing an overall business development plan for the assigned territory, including targeted activities to meet and exceed the company’s growth and margin targets.
  • Identifying business use cases and presenting solutions to develop enterprise opportunities.
  • Negotiating and closing enterprise agreements with clients and establishing long-term, high-value relationships.
  • Driving the managed pilot process with the technical lead and presenting results to clients.
  • Working with dedicated pre-sales engineers and other cross-functional team members to close business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with teams in different territories and offices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT solutions/services space.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in B2B enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products and services, such as cloud computing, managed services, digital transformation, data analytics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
