As a Business Development Manager in Esaal, you will play a critical role in driving growth, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. This position requires a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market trends and opportunities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Create business plans and initiatives to target potential clients and markets.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to facilitate collaborations and partnerships.
  • Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead presentations and pitches to potential clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development strategies and initiatives
  • Monitor partnership performance and develop strategies to optimize outcomes and revenue generation and prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate progress and results
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities and build a robust network within the industry to enhance visibility and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • 6-8 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role preferably within the insurance industry
  • Strong network and relationships with key stakeholders in the health and insurance industries
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals successfully
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends and business dynamics
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
