Job Description:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market trends and opportunities
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Create business plans and initiatives to target potential clients and markets.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to facilitate collaborations and partnerships.
- Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead presentations and pitches to potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development strategies and initiatives
- Monitor partnership performance and develop strategies to optimize outcomes and revenue generation and prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate progress and results
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities and build a robust network within the industry to enhance visibility and opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- 6-8 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role preferably within the insurance industry
- Strong network and relationships with key stakeholders in the health and insurance industries
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals successfully
