As a Business Development Manager - Analytics & Process Excellence at Westwing, you will establish processes from scratch, lead cross-functional strategic projects and derive initiatives from data analysis. This high-impact role offers a steep development path, where you will take on responsibility from day one. You will work closely with senior management and a highly talented, dynamic and diverse team. This position is permanent and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive strategic cross-functional projects, owning planning, execution, and measurable results end to end
  • Deliver business-critical insights through advanced, complex data analysis, bringing proven, hands-on analytical experience to solve ambiguous problems and guide strategic decisions
  • Transform how we operate by designing tools, automating processes, and reinventing core workflows to unlock efficiency and scalability
  • Keep Westwing relevant by analysing market trends, competitive movements, and customer behaviour to identify the most meaningful growth opportunities for our area
  • Influence at every level by partnering with stakeholders across departments, business models, and countries, ensuring that insights land with clarity and drive real impact

YOU COME WITH

  • 4+ years of professional working experience with a proven track record, preferably from a top consulting or strategy/business development department of an eCommerce company
  • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills to collect, analyse, and interpret large amounts of data, combined with a pragmatic, “hands-on” attitude and a focus on results
  • Proven project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented and collaborative approach, with a passion for making an impact
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and fluency in written and spoken English
