About the Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team.
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our network of Key Opinion Leaders and VIP clients in Poland and the broader Eastern part of the European Union. KOLs are strategic partners, VIPs, and traffic websites. This role is responsible for those partnerships from a to z.
What You'll Be Doing

Expert Knowledge: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the trading and crypto industries, including market trends, regulations, and key players, to make informed business decisions.

Affiliate Recruitment: Proactively search for and attract new affiliates, VIP traders and trading/crypto communities and influencers, fostering strategic partnerships to enhance our network.

Results-Driven Approach: Implement strategies and campaigns to drive measurable results, focusing on creating content, increasing trading volume, acquiring new users, and promoting active transactions through affiliate channels.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with VIP and affiliates, ensuring their needs are met and aligning their strategies with our business objectives for mutual growth.

Partnership Expansion: Initiate and participate in meetings with partners, exploring opportunities to expand cooperation and strengthen existing relationships, both locally and internationally.

Collaboration with Product Team: Collaborate closely with colleagues from the product department, providing valuable market insights to optimize product offerings and attract qualified users.

Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on competitors' advantages and industry trends, utilizing this knowledge to refine our strategies, maintain a competitive edge, and capitalize on market gaps.
What We Look For In You

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)

Fluency in English and Polish;

Proven experience in VIP and affiliate development within the crypto, finance or trading industry, especially in Poland

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions

Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities

Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets

In-depth understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations in the Eastern European region
Nice to Have

Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams

Bonus points if you have previously worked at a trading company, CFD broker!

Passionate about blockchain technology and the crypto payments space

Knowledge of Russian/Ukrainian and/or other Eastern European languages is a strong plus
