What You'll Be Doing

Expert Knowledge: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the crypto industry, including market trends, regulations, and key players, to make informed business decisions.

Affiliate Recruitment: Proactively search for and attract new affiliates, including crypto enthusiasts, influencers, and crypto-school / courses, fostering strategic partnerships to enhance our network.

Results-Driven Approach: Implement strategies and campaigns to drive measurable results, focusing on creating content, increasing trading volume, acquiring new users, and promoting active transactions through affiliate channels.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with affiliates, ensuring their needs are met and aligning their strategies with our business objectives for mutual growth.

Partnership Expansion: Initiate and participate in meetings with partners, exploring opportunities to expand cooperation and strengthen existing relationships, both locally and internationally.

Collaboration with US marketing and Product Team: Collaborate closely with colleagues from the local market team and product department, providing valuable market insights to optimize product offerings and attract qualified users.

Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on competitors' advantages and industry trends, utilizing this knowledge to refine our strategies, maintain a competitive edge, and capitalize on market gaps.
What We Look For In You

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)

Fluency in English

Proven experience in affiliate development within the crypto industry, specifically in the United States

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions

Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities

Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets

In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency market dynamics and regulations in the United States
Nice to Have

Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams

The salary range for this position in tier 1 locations such as CA & NY is $133,752 - $214,666

The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
