We are currently looking for an Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Amstelveen, the Netherlands!

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth within the Netherlands and across specific verticals. We operate with cutting-edge sales tools and foster a marketing-enabled environment to ensure success.

  • Responsibilities:
    Lead the identification and pursuit of potential leads, with a focus on expanding our client base within the Netherlands and targeted verticals.
  • Employ innovative communication strategies to engage with leads, sparking interest in Acolad's solutions.
  • Represent Acolad at industry events and networking functions to broaden our market presence and establish new connections.
  • ·Craft and convey persuasive value propositions for Acolad's suite of offerings.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain adherence to the sales process and uphold established sales protocols.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and updated records within our eCRM system while preparing comprehensive reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Proven track record of proactive engagement and a strong desire to excel within a sales environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or a willingness to quickly learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and prior experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
