Overall Purpose of Role:

 

Traders Trust is a leading provider of online trading services specializing in CFDs trading with a presence in the financial markets that spans longer than a decade.  We are looking for dynamic individuals to take over the role of Business Development Manager within our continuously growing team and to help us expand our clientele mainly in Asia and LATAM. You will be at the forefront of the company and will need to have the dedication to create and apply an effective strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting productivity and forging strong relationships with clients.


Main Activities and Responsibilities:

 

  • Strong focus on identifying business development opportunities for the company in the targeted market;
  • Manage and execute the business development strategy and implement tactical plans to help meet and exceed the Performance Metrics set by the company;
  • Researching, initiating and executing plans to develop partnerships with Introducing Brokers;
  • Maintain a strong development pipeline according to the company's strategy;
  • Using existing relationships with clients to generate new business;
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction;
  • Assist with the onboarding of clients, IBs & other partners and proactively address their queries and/or concerns through various communication channels;
  • Arrange business meetings/travels with prospective clients;
  • Travel to conferences or business meetings as required;
  • Managing Existing and New IBs;
  • Be abreast with any updates within the financial markets;
  • Follow the guidelines set by the compliance department with regards to processing client documentation;
  • Confidently promote the company’s products and services;
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed; and
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that are relevant to the role.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

 

  • A university degree in Finance/ Economics/ Banking/ Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years previous experience in account management/business development or sales within the CFD space is a requirement
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven track record
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
  • Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
  • Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis
