Our 24-month rotational program is designed to provide hands-on experience across operations, industry verticals, and leadership roles, preparing you for a dynamic career with us.

Our program is divided into four exciting rotations:

  • 6 months: Start your journey with NX in Switzerland
    Work with operational teams and European Business & Development to master warehouse management, operations, and global logistics strategy.
  • 6 months: Dive into core Freight Forwarding products
    Gain hands-on experience in air, ocean, rail, and trucking operations. Tackle real-world challenges in supply chain management and process optimization.
  • 6 months: Explore industry verticals in Sweden or Belgium
    Contribute to high-tech, healthcare, and mobility logistics strategies. Collaborate with the team on market analysis, customer engagement, and innovative solutions.
  • 6 months: Lead and strategize
    Take ownership of a key project to refine your leadership, management, and commercial skills to prepare for your future role.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics Management or a related field.
  • Up to 1-3 years of internships, training, or first professional roles, ideally in logistics or retail.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office 365, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel, is crucial.
  • Prior experience in project management and report creation is advantageous.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: A keen interest in leadership and a strong desire to advance into management positions.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities coupled with a proactive, hands-on approach to work.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective time management abilities.
  • A decisive attitude, the ability to remain resilient under pressure, and a commitment to completing projects.
  • Assertiveness paired with approachability—prepared to lead by example.
