2026 Private Debt Intern

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate for this position is an entrepreneurial and detailed-oriented individual with strong communication skills. The candidate should be able to grasp complex situations in a short period of time, have good time management skills and demonstrate ability to prioritize the workload.

The position is an ideal entry point to gain broad experience in Private Debt and to develop into an asset class expert in different areas of the firm. The internship can be structured in a flexible way with the possibility to rotate between teams to get a broad exposure and benefit from a steep learning curve.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Provide support to various teams on business development, client servicing, and portfolio management as required.
    • Assist in the preparation, updating, and optimisation of presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials
    • Coordinate and respond to internal and external information requests, including RfPs, DDQs, and client inquiries.
    • Assist portfolio managers and team members with portfolio analysis, monitoring, and performance reviews.
    • Contribute to the development and updating of internal and external communications and documentation.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and analyses across business functions (e.g., investments, operations, reporting).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or equivalent
  • Highly motivated self-starter, with demonstrated history of taking initiative, being adaptive in a fast-changing environment, and working independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow in fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
  • Strong work ethics and proactive approach towards resolving problems
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written), German is a plus
