Set up core business ops: sales, onboarding, training, account management, customer support
Lead early sales and personally onboard first Indonesian users

Work closely with the dev team to surface technical blockers to scale ops

Spend 1 month in the Philippines to observe and learn standard operations

Currently residing/willing to work in Indonesia
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills for endorsement, assessment, and sales cadence
Extensive product knowledge
Ability to handle objections, diverse opinions, and feedback
Strong sense of initiative and management on multiple priorities independently
Ability to be a team player with a drive for results. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
