As part of our global expansion strategy, we are currently focusing on growing our presence in Latin America (LATAM). We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead and drive our expansion across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, acquire, and manage partnerships with affiliates, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and white-label clients across LATAM
Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence in key LATAM countries
Drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the region
Lead negotiations and onboard new partners
Manage and optimize partner performance and relationships
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and compliance teams to ensure smooth partner integration
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth
Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities
Report directly to the Chief of Business Development
Requirements
Proven experience in Business Development within Forex, trading, or financial services
Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or partners (preferred)
Experience working with LATAM markets (knowledge of key countries is a plus)
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Fluency in English (Spanish is highly preferred)

Proven experience (5+ years) in business development within the Forex or Fintech industry
Strong portfolio of B2B clients (IBs, affiliates, fund managers, white labels)
Deep understanding of Forex products, trading platforms (MT5), and regulation frameworks
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and deliver measurable growth results
