We are seeking an Arabic Speaking Sales Executive to support the Business Development Manager in driving business growth. The role focuses on lead generation support, client coordination, proposal preparation, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Business Development Manager in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
Support lead generation activities through research, cold outreach, and inbound lead handling
Coordinate client meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and tender documents
Follow up with prospects on proposals, approvals, and documentation
Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipelines, and customer databases
Coordinate internally with marketing, finance, and operations teams for proposals and pricing
Track sales activities and prepare weekly/monthly reports for the BDM
Support contract initiation and onboarding documentation after deal closure
Handle basic client queries and ensure timely responses
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, business development support, or similar role
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good presentation and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM knowledge is an advantage
