Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, pitching technology solutions to prospective clients, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle. The role combines front-facing responsibilities with strong proposal and documentation support, including preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating client meetings, and supporting internal teams to ensure timely and high quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Engagement
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets and industries.
Understand client business needs and how the company’s solutions address operational and strategic challenges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and key stakeholders.
Support in nurturing leads and progressing opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Proposals & Commercial Support
Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
Coordinate inputs from internal teams (product, CS, operations, finance) to ensure accurate and compliant proposals.
Ensure all proposals and client documents are professionally formatted, accurate, and submitted on time.
Client Coordination & Sales Operations
Arrange and coordinate client meetings, demos, workshops, and follow-up sessions.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and post-meeting summaries or action points.
Track opportunities, proposals, and client interactions in CRM systems.
Support contract and agreement preparation by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
Follow up with clients on proposals, feedback, and next steps
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in business development, sales support, or pre-sales.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic as native language).
Proven ability to prepare professional proposals, presentations, and client-facing documents.
Good understanding of technology solutions and the ability to explain them clearly to non-technical audiences.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
