Join our team and you’ll be responsible for working with a wide range of businesses to uncover and solve their hiring challenges. Your role will be to acquire new clients as well as strengthen and grow existing relationships to increase Caribbean Jobs’ market share.

Working in the sales department you will develop a deep understanding of your client’s current and future needs to recommend the best of Caribbean Jobs solutions to them and create both short- and long-term value for our partners through the entire sales process.

Your responsibilities:  

  • Cold Calling – Contacting prospective corporate clients, introducing themselves over the phone and generating potential business 
  • Relationship Management – Building rapport with corporate clients and passionate about partnering with them to find solutions to their recruitment needs. This includes understanding their needs and communicating clearly how the value of our brand and service can help them
  • Achieving Targets – Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets 
  • Lead Generation – Proactively generate leads
  • Performance Analysis and Strategy – utilize platforms for accurate forecasting, track and evaluate client performance metrics, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities 
  • Must have experience in B2B sales including lead generation, relationship building, pipeline management, negotiating sales and key account management 
  • Have a proven track record in consistently meeting and overachieving targets  
  • Be motivated by money, incentives, bonuses, and commissions 
  • Can create written communication, proposals, and presentations at a professional level 
  • Ability to adapt to changes within the business in an evolving market landscape, and a solution-oriented mindset to navigate challenges effectively.
