Fever-Tree is hiring for a Business Development Executive (South West) as part of our UK Field Sales Team. This is a 12-month maternity cover, starting in June 2026.

Role Overview: 


Start Date: June 2026 

Duration: 12-month maternity cover

Location: Flexible – (Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset, Avon, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Gloucestershire)


Managing and supporting on-trade accounts within the South-West, driving growth with Fever-Tree’s vast portfolio into bars, restaurants, and hotels (individual sites & groups). This is a remote role with weekly visits to accounts within the patch. You’d be part of a small regional team, reporting into the wider UK On-Trade team.


The environment at Fever-Tree is fast-paced and requires initiative and proactivity to succeed.  As a result, the successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and ambitious sales team that is defining how Fever-Tree evolves as a brand as it continues to grow and dominate the premium mixer category.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Generating new sales & partnerships
  • Managing existing business accounts, ranging from pubs, key bars, restaurants, groups to iconic hotels and Michelin restaurants within patch
  • Management of sales process, including some wholesalers
  • Conduct day-to-day meetings with the teams where needed
  • Negotiate contracts with key customers
  • Work closely with main internal and external stakeholders
  • Involvement in wider sales & marketing processes in on-trade 


Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least some sales experience within past employment. Experience in the on-trade or drinks industry is preferred.
  • Track record of success
  • The ability to build strong relationships efficiently
  • A strong understanding of their local area
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work with main Microsoft programs (i.e., excel etc.)
  • You will be a team player with strong communication skills and able to build relationships both internally and externally, being a self-starter with a positive attitude and the desire to learn is key
  • Must hold a valid UK driving license
