In this role, you’ll help small and medium-sized businesses unlock the benefits of solar through our solar-as-a-service offering - delivering best-in-market solar PV systems with no upfront costs and immediate savings on power bills. Your work will directly support the adoption of clean technology, lower energy expenses for businesses, and contribute to a more sustainable future.

Key responsibilities:

  • Customer lifecycle management: Educate business owners about the impact solar can have on their energy future, including cost savings, protection against energy cost inflation, and enhanced energy security
  • Lead generation: Originate and manage leads for solar financing through outreach, partnerships, referrals, and inbound channels
  • Project co-ordination: Assess the suitability of prospects for solar and financing, based on site, financial, and technical parameters. Work closely with installer partners to coordinate deals and ensure prompt & smooth project execution
  • Marketing materials: Develop clear, persuasive materials for our website, online channels, and sales proposals
  • Sales performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, with a proven ability to close deals

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or related fields
  • Passionate and technically versed in the Philippines' clean energy sector
  • Self-starter with strong ownership and initiative, who also works well with internal teams and external partners
  • Clear, engaging communicator who builds trust and explains complex ideas with ease
  • Highly organized, adept at managing personal workflow, email, and CRM systems
