Drive B2B growth through strategic partner acquisition and franchise expansion in a leading logistics company, enhancing service delivery for local SMEs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute franchise expansion strategy for B2B cargo & LTL
- Acquire and onboard franchise partners (transporters, communities, aggregators)
- Design and manage partner commercial models (wholesale vs commission)
- Identify and remove pricing & non-pricing blockers to franchise growth
- Work with Sales & Ops to ensure BAU readiness for franchise rollout
- Manage partner performance, incentives, and retention
- Gather market feedback and translate into commercial & operational improvements
- Support regional reporting and growth planning
