Business Development Executive - Jakarta (Pharma Industry)

  • Responsible for involvement in mapping and prospecting clients in Corporate/B2B
  • Executing meeting Sales Revenue/Number of volume/Number of Shipper objectives or portfolio level via retention or lapse
  • Develop solid and trusting relationship and acquisition activities, by servicing and retaining existing customers and targeting new business opportunities
  • Responsible on fulfilling activities assigned to the individual sales person
  • Responsible for shipper acquisition and shipper growth
  • Asses leads that feasible to follow up and change it into opportunities
  • Pricing Negotiation based on pricing framework assigned
  • Requirements
  • Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in a commercial/sales role
  • Having exposure to handling clients in Pharmacy Industry
  • Target-oriented, Achiever, and Creative
  • Excellent understanding of Sales processes and actual selling
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Having Experience using CRM tools
