The Main Purpose of the job is primarily responsible for identifying and developing Integrated Logistics Business. Work closely with Branch Manager, Sales Team, Operation Team, Customer Service Manager, Customs Regulatory Compliance Manager, General Manager Freight Forwarding and Managing Director to implement strategies to maximize yield from all product and gain higher business share for GAC within Malaysian market.
1. To achieve personal Operating Income target as well as S&M Dept target
3 times cost to the company from new clients & remaining department target to be generated from existing clients.
2.Quotation
i) 40% Quotation Strike Rate
ii) Promptly send quotations to clients and maintain a very close follow up on all quotations sent out. 40 Quotes per month
3.i) Prepare Weekly Sales Visit Plan and enter details of visit in GAC Sales system
30 sales visit per month
ii)Target and secure new clients
Secure 4 new clients per month
4. Ensure that credit approvals are in place for all credit clients handled by sales team. Assist Finance department in maintaining the receivables from credit accounts withing agreed terms
Average ageing 30 days
5. Prepare a minimal of 10 High Value Target (HVT) in sales pipeline at all time
6. Able to travel into any part of Malaysia
