• Liaise with malls and venue partners to secure suitable spaces for company events and activities.
• Coordinate event logistics and ensure all venue requirements are met.
• Manage and review event and venue contracts, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.
• Arrange and maintain the scheduling of sales personnel for various events and activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Monitor and report on venue arrangements and event performance.
• Handle any issues or changes related to venue or scheduling in a timely manner.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in business development, event coordination, or venue management.
• Experience in leasing will be given priority consideration.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, in both English and Chinese is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
