Role:

The Analyst will support Oteemo’s growth objectives by executing daily Business Development tasks, ensuring pipeline health, and providing analysis to strengthen capture execution.

Must-Have (Core Requirements)

  • Executive communication skills – able to engage, present, and follow up with senior leaders.
  • Sales research and outreach ability – demonstrated experience identifying, contacting, and tracking potential partners or customers.
  • Data processing and analysis – strong Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting, dashboards) and comfort cleaning/structuring data.
  • Presentation creation – experience building executive-facing decks (PowerPoint/Google Slides) that clearly convey insights and recommendations.
  • Pipeline documentation and tracking – disciplined in logging outreach, maintaining contact plans, and ensuring reporting accuracy.

Strongly Preferred

  • Prior role in business development support, market research, or sales operations.
  • 2–5 years in structured reporting and customer engagement roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).

Nice-to-Have (Differentiators)

  • Experience working with global or U.S.-based teams across time zones and cultures.
  • Background in IT services, consulting, or SaaS business models.
  • Strong English writing/editing skills for reports and summaries.
  • Comfortable handling ambiguity and quickly self-learning new systems.
