The primary responsibility of this role is to support the business development initiatives of our team. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented team player with strong project management and communication skills. As the Business Development Coordinator, you will work with our Business Development Director and Managing Partner to provide comprehensive support across the firm’s business development and operations functions.
POSITION TYPE: Full-time, night shift
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
Supports the development of processes to generate leads through various channels
Assists with maintaining an organized database of leads, deals, action items, follow-ups, meetings, etc.
Monitors and tracks leads throughout their life cycle, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
Assists in preparing business proposals, presentations, and other supporting materials
Maintains a well-organized system for contracts and related documentation
Supports firm leadership in monitoring on-going communication with clients and key stakeholders
Prepares and maintains reports summarizing the status, progress, and results of business development activities
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, accounting, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a related field
Experience working in a professional services environment preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new systems quickly
Self-directed, able to work with minimal supervision, and proactive in problem-solving
Excellent English verbal communication and writing skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
Experience using HubSpot, PipeDrive, and Asana strongly preferred
Strong internet connection required
