We are seeking a high-performance Business Development Associate to serve as the primary growth engine for referral-based revenue expansion in the Louisville market.

The company is a leading restoration services brand, specializing in water, fire, mold, and property damage restoration.
Growth depends on strong referral networks with insurance adjusters, property managers, plumbers, contractors, and commercial property stakeholders. Brand visibility and referral activation drive consistent job flow.
This role exists to expand and activate referral networks systematically. You will build relationships, execute structured outreach campaigns, represent the brand at events, and manage CRM rigorously.
This is not a reactive inbound sales position. We are looking for someone disciplined, proactive, and metrics-driven.
You are the external face of the franchise and the engine of new referral revenue.
• Identify and target new referral partners weekly
• Generate 20+ new referral relationships per week
• Map and manage territory coverage strategically
• Conduct structured in-person and phone outreach
• Maintain ongoing communication with referral partners
• Educate partners on services and response capabilities
• Activate dormant accounts
• Track relationship stage and engagement level
• Execute targeted marketing campaigns
• Distribute branded materials and collateral
• Support digital and local marketing initiatives
• Strengthen brand visibility in the restoration ecosystem
• Attend trade shows and networking events
• Represent the brand professionally
• Capture new leads and partnerships
• Follow up consistently after events
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation
• Track outreach metrics and referral activity
• Report weekly KPIs
• Monitor pipeline health and revenue contribution
• Strong English communication and presentation skills
• 3+ years in B2B sales, territory development, or business development
• Experience building referral or partner networks
• Comfort with structured outreach and cold prospecting
• CRM proficiency
• Strong self-management and discipline
• Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or property services
• Experience working with insurance adjusters or property managers
• Event marketing or trade association involvement
• Proven track record hitting referral or revenue targets
