Role Overview
We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Business Development Associate to join our growing Dubai team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of Nestify’s regional expansion, identifying, negotiating, and securing new property supply across key Dubai neighbourhoods, while ensuring each home meets our quality, design, and operational standards. What You Will Do:
Drive Supply Growth
• Actively source, qualify, and acquire new properties through landlord outreach, agent partnerships, developer relationships, and market insights
Pitch with Impact
• Present Nestify’s value proposition to landlords and partners, highlighting ROI, operational simplicity, and our premium guest experience
Own the Deal Cycle
• Manage leads from first contact to contract signing and onboarding, including pricing negotiations and agreement administration
Market Expertise
• Use internal tools and market data to evaluate opportunities, recommend rent structures, and ensure the right property selections
Partner Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and agents to secure renewals, optimise pricing, and manage ongoing property conditions
Cross Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with our operations, design, and legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and readiness of every new property
What We Are Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
• 2 to 3 years of experience in real estate or business development
• Strong understanding of the Central Dubai property market and neighbourhood dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
• Self starter mindset with the ability to drive deals independently
• Strong organisational skills and a detail orientated, solution focused approach
• Proficiency with CRM tools and a tech forward attitude
• A pre existing network of landlords, agents, or developers in Dubai is a plus
